Default Service OIL

Hey guys i went into my car last night when i was warming it up and i noticed that in the odometer window it said Service OIL.. i did my own oil change just under a month ago.. Is it because everytime i do an oil change i have to reset the service button or is it because i dont have any oil in my car..

Can I use VAGcom to make it turn on the service at the correct time?

that light has nothing to do with you actually needing oil. it doesn't have any sensors as inputs. you merely set it to go off within a certain amount of miles and it does

and yes vagcom can do that
