Default should I or should I not?

I just got my new replacement k03 today and I'm wondering do i have to adjust the new shaft(red arrow) to my old shaft? Or does it come factory spec already?

its the wastegate actuator. it controls when the internal wastegate of the turbo opens to allow exhaust gas to bypass the turbo without spinning it. otherwise, the turbo would keep spinning faster and faster and you would overboost.

As long as it's not loose then it's already set. don't touch it.
