P.S. Have you run a 1/4 mile yet?

 

Car is used to show case our parts so it wouldn't be smart for me to completely paint the doors/fenders because then people wouldn't be able to see them.



Yes I have, this car has been running the 1/4 mile for 8 years now and at this time is the quickest B5 (including the S4's) in the country with a 10.69 at 135+ mph with 2 runs of 10.8's to back them up on the same day. Those runs were done with stock fenders/doors. I plan on removing more weight soon before having a full NHRA spec cage installed and plan on upgrading to a larger turbo to aim for 700whp and 9's.

Just took the car to Fontana and ran 11.04 at 133.6 mph in 100 deg temps, adjusted altitude of 4000 ft and a bogged 1.799 60 ft.

you can use my 2.8 to test for performance parts all you want hehe. i got a question though. for your doors, are they just basically shaved and that's all you did to look like the '96 body?

 

Fiber Images took my doors off my 2000 and shaved the bottom before making the molds. The middle molds on the 99.5+ B5's are different then the 96-99. The doors on my car are CF skin with a Fiber glass frame.
