side molding

Default side molding

what is the easiest way to take off the side molding? I have side skirts that I want to look good so I am gonna take off the moldings.

theirs a screw on the inside. open ur car door n you can see it. after thats off, you can take the molding of the clips.

if you're talking the trim at the bottom of the door, after you get the clips off, you'll have to grind off the pegs that the clips attach to. not sure how to get the ones off on the fenders but i'm sure it can be done. i'm down to the pegs and plan to grind those within the next couple weeks. if you haven't done it by then i'll let you know how it goes.

okay I didn't find those screws(for the door moldings) today but I am sure I will. How do the moldings come off the bottom fenders?

definitely tried unscrewing the screws in the door and they would turn but in place. Made no progress. Why is this?

oh man. same thing happened to me. its a pain in the @$$. its prolly messed up n rusted. i gave up n clipped my new molding right over the screw.
