yea mine are the LOWERS as well.. Is glue recommended? or just clips and double sided tape?

 

Just the clips are fine. There is a screw (not included) that goes through the door into the moulding at the front of each one. The install is pretty easy and straight forward. Once you get them, you'll see what I'm talking about.

 

probably why i still have a small piece of moulding still on my car.
