Yeah, oem s4 side skirts.
Junk yard, ebay. Dealership, pretty much either hard to find, or expensive, kinda like the s4 front bumper

No but I want to paint mine too that gun metal color

 

I've painted them, and Laser Viking painted them. I'm not sure if QuattroA4 painted his or not.
The color is graphite wheel paint, made by duplicolor?
If you want to paint em, take the wheels off the car, sand your heart out (280ish grit), then put rubbing alcohol on a rag and wipedown the wheels to remove any dust and grease from your hands. Spray multiple light/medium coats of primer. Spray multiple light/medium coats of paint. Reinstall.
I took a full day to do mine cause sanding is a bish.
