Skid plate

**** this noise, buy a skid plate.

I have literally broken every Audi oil pan that ever crossed me. a skid plate would prevent this.

I believe ECS sells steel-bottomed oil pans, might be somethin you could look into?

EDIT: Nevermind. I just double checked and the steel-bottom oil pans aren't for B5's. Sorry!

i don't think the steel bottom would have stopped the incident.

I was heading down some alleys as a back way to my friends, i forgot about the last stop sign and was going about 65, so i ramped this "intersection" and my oil pan got torn in half by a manhole cover. I quickly went to advanced and missed closing by 12 minutes

I've busted pans through the skid plate, it's really only good for preventing scratches. There's no way in hell you'd rip off the oil filter either hahaha.
