But CF normally warps isnt that going to change colors due to heat? Or is it just direct sunlight?

 

They added a heat resistant product to the resin, they do the same thing for a valance we had made which sits very close to the exhaust tips.


The covers are also 2 layers of CF not just 1 so they are a bit stiffer then it would be if it was a single layer. Here is a picture of the back side.

i would definitely rock that driver side cover if you made one for the b5, and i love the coil cover.
