I can't stand fart cans. But the older folk probably thought the flipped shackles on my 55 ford or the Cherry Bombs on my 61 Studebaker v8 back in the 70's were dumb also

well first off i got $100 that says if you put a straight thru res. instead of a "fart-can" it will sound the same..please tell me what is different between the construction of a res. and a fart can...it is packed like a glasspack, and the name "fartcan" originated from hondas sounding like farts with them...when you put them on something with hp it sounds no farty at all.

it is impossible for a fartcan to make a specific sound different fom a resonator

look at their constuctions of both a res and "fartcan"

tell me the differences please.

 

if you actually gave your car some gas it would sound the same as mine...you guys dont understand that all a fartcan does is lowers the noise, it has no note.
