I am the proud new owner of an 99' Green Audi A4 2.8 Quattro, has almost 130 thousand miles(runs like a champ though).I have full intent to dump as many dollars into it as I can, but...I have a few small issues and have ben unable to find anything that is relavant so I'm starting this thread...flame me for being a NOOB but please atleast assist me if you can.

First problem is that when I get under half a tank on gas the indicator drops to zero and low fuel alarm comes on, I have seen some threads that say that this is a common problem, but have not seen any solutions to this posted.

Also the E-brake and ABS alarms are lit constantly. The person I bought the vehicle from had put aftermarket brake systems on (had no problems with braking, Emergency or otherwise). I was told by him that it was a brake controller issue and that it would be an unneccisary waste of money to fix this flaw. He is also a quality Audi mechanic I trust, so I guess my question is that if it is possible to minipulate in dash gauges to ignore this...? Sounds like a stupid question, but I am really tired of people pointing this out to me.

Finnaly...I am unable to find a website that sells a decent exhaust for a 2.8 that is a reasonable price...post a link if you got it...I am a skeptic of Ebay...let me know if you can help a newbie out...
