to me, it looks like the plug that connects to the radiator. it would be the drivers side above the lover radiator hose. check that out.

It is your outdoor ambient temperature sensor, not a connector. It should be located on a mount right behind your bumper behind the lower middle grille. http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=...:0&tx=35&ty=81
