Yeah you can get a Bosch 710N dv from most of the online aftermarket stores. Or a Forge style valve. Check the classifieds here too. Just go easy on it (yeah right!) if you end up running the stock dv with the chip until you upgrade.

I don't know what he considers "stage 2" the whole "stage" term is so losely used and tossed around like a $3 hooker... It always means something different to whoever has labeled it that.
Anyways... My understanding is it's a 1 bar chip which would be considered the same as any 1 bar 91/93 octane k03 chip.
FWIW:
I am expecting this chip to be not as agressive as GIAC is in my 00 down low. I believe GIAC is 1.2 bar+. But, I also expect the speedtuning chip to allow my turbo to not blow its wad all at once like w/ GIAC, and provide an overall smoother and longer pull up top and through every gear. With GIAC, my top end is almost useless. I am always in the 2500-4000 rpm range, hardly ever more.. All the power is low/mid range. I have been in a couple A4's chipped with a 1 bar chip and while they don't throw you back in your seat as much as w/giac, they pull steadily through the rpms, even up top where the k03 would normally crap out with a more agressive tune.

Maybe around 10hp, I don't think anyone knows for sure, but people w/2.8's that have the chip, including sineo, think it makes a worthwhile difference.
