Speedometer programing (8D0920932G)
Hi,
I recently buy a Audi A4 2001 1.8T and the Speedometer (the hole dash) go crazy, i have to plug and unplug to get it wok. Then I decided to buy one on E-bay and I buy one with the part code: 8D0920980Q, from a OEM crash car(120dls). When my mechanich intended to replace the part, he told me that it wasnt compatible with my model, he says this:
"The speedometer 8D0920980Q its for a USA Audi A4 2001 with no key programing (its a car with a key in the middle), and it doesnt work with your Mexican Audi".
I think he is fooling me. I think I can reprogram the 8D0920980Q and make it work like a 8D0920901X(this one is the Audi Service is selling me for 450dlls) or 8D0920932G(this one its the car oem). When we plug the USA Part everything looks normal except for the car with the key, so the car doesnt work
