Whats up. Been out for a while. Last I heard there were a few instances of people having issues with the stage 2 chip from ST. Adapting back to stock or something. My PM box has been full so idk if anyone had tried to contact me about it. So if you have related experience or story, speak up! I've only put about 20 miles on the 97 since getting chipped so idk if it's going to happen to me or what. If we need to setup some kind of return/fix with Oliver then I need to hear these things if you guys cant get it sorted out yourselves.

 

mines fixed.. turns out i had a huge vac/boost leak.. fixed it and started hitting 18-19. i peaked 21 in 5th too.. but now my transmission is f'd...

 

yeah, i thought mine was bad too, cause i hadnt driven my car in a while and when i tried it it was ****, turns out i had a TINY leak, couldnt believe i lose so much goddamnn power off such a small hole, ha

Ok you guys (flynn and jc) were the people who I had heard this from originaly, so it's good to hear the chip probably isn't a problem.

 

hey how much did you guys pay for your speedtuning st 2? i contacted oliver and he said there was a deal going on in one of the audi forums for 200 bucks? and did you guys send out your ecu or did he send you the flash kit?

i thought i had lost mine and it went back to stock, but then i kicked all my friends out of the car and it still surprises me

 

The deal was $145 + shipping but that was a group buy. He does advertise on ebay from time to time and for less than $200, I think.

 

yea that deal is just for the standard stage 1...i want the more aggressive stage 2 tune...but thanx
