Default Staggered wheels on Quattro

I was thinking about getting some AMG monoblock staggered wheels for my Quattro but have always heard not to run staggered. They are 18s powder coated black, with silver car. Any comments recommendations?

Staggered is fine, just keep the overall height as close as possible.

It will only look good on a sedan if there is a small difference in width, like 1 inch, 1.5 max in my opinion. And the diameter has to be the same, and i mean as close to exactly the same as possible, otherwise you'll break something.

quattro has a tolerance of 3.0%
For this summer i have a set of staggered wheels.
17x7 and 17x8.5 im going to be running 215/45 for the fronts and 245/40 for the rears.
the difference between them is 0.4%

The monoblocks are 18x8 in front 18x9.5 rear. I think one set had 215/35/18s on it.

I have also been thinking about the MarkV r32 wheels, with 205/40/18 tires. Has anyone put these on do I need spacers? Also if my car has the factory sport suspension will the H&R sport springs lower it any?

That will look alright. Make sure you get the rims fitted on the car first then lower it. This way you will know how much room you have to work and you wont get any rubbing

Nope. You need to lower it first then worry about wheels and how much stretching you need to do and how big of spacers you need.
