i did mine black... i used some cleaning spray for removing dirt and grime off let that sit, wipe off with a towel and then use a brillo pad to touch up then sand down with ~600 grit and then move up to 2000 grit. then spray with air with a compressor and then spray, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, spray again and do at least 3 layers and then let that sit for 2-3 hours and then clear coat 2 layers. for the lip, you can tape off the entire rim besides the lip... you could do a bright red lip which was what i was going to but didnt want to spend that much time for winter rim. I dont have a pic on here but when i get home i can take a pic and post it then

i got those center caps off ebay for like 10 bucks shipped.
with the rims, i just bought some spray paint from home depot... but i really wanna do a red lip one those i just dont have the patients to do it lol but ya just make sure you wait between color coats and then wait 2-3 hours before the clear coat so the color coat doesnt run Run=Ugly

I painted my winter's like that black and I regret it a lot. They look like black steel rims until you got up close and I was pretty embarrassed to drive with them on, honestly. lol I used them last winter and I plan to paint them silver for next winter for sure.

I dont prefer the black on black, need a little contrast to make the wheels pop, body color matched wheels usually look, not so fresh. I am stuck with my stock 16s until Im ready to buy some new rims, thinking S4 wheels.
