Hey guys

I currently have the stock K03 turbo and i also have the APR ECU upgrade.

Can i upgrade to the K04 turbo without having to alter the APR upgrade at all? and all in all is the K04 upgrade worth it? Can anybody tell me when the boost kicks in and if it makes a fairly cool noise or not haha

yer and type what? K04? the search function will not allow it. Search "k04-015" and receive only 2 posts, one of which is some dude selling his k04. Has anyone got some real help?

Try "k04 upgrade" or something along those lines and you'll probably find everything you need.

The search omits any terms with 3 digits or less

To answer the original questions:
-Yes.
-If you aren't paying full regular price ($700+), yes. Even with the right tune and supporting equipment the K04 doesn't net a huge power difference for the money.
-I don't have personal experience with this, but from what I understand the K04 is more audible than the K03.

Yes it will work, but you wont get the full gains of the K04 turbo. To get that you need a K04 tune. Even then it is not a huge gain in power.

look at the newbie guide, there is a graff showing the different turbos/power... but if you want a small upgrade just get a frankenturbo.... if you want more power, get a gtrs
