I need help gettin my starter out of my 96 A4 2.8

my two problems are the metal coolant hoses in the way and theres practically no room to get any tools in to remove the top bolt as well. The manual doesnt say anything about removing the pipes or taking off any mounts. Has anyone had this problem?? Theres one bolt right behind the top pipe and i believe one on the top in between the motor and the cylenoid. Thanks for helpin!
