Default super sprint mid muffler

I would like to upgrade my mid-muffler / resonator to a super sprint performance mid muffler with pipe connecting pipes. Does anyone have any experience with this? perhaps any small power gains with this set up. Right now i am running a remus exhaust to a stock setup.

True. Doing anything to open up the exhaust flow on a turboed engine pretty much always gives you more power. N/A engines need specifically tuned exhaust set-ups in order to increase power output. It has something to do with the correct amount of back pressure and exhaust gas speed I believe.
