Tomorrow i will be takin the car up to a buddy to get some body/paintwork done on the car, so it will be there for a few weeks.

plans include:

*Custom Boser hood +full respray+shave washer nozzles
*Spray Passenger side fender
*respray passenger sideskirt
*remove dings/respray drivers rear qtr panel
*Spray roof BMW Sparkling Gray Metallic
*Spray Grille surround and grille rings BMW Sparkling Gray Metallic


i cant wait to get the car back and see how it looks!

where upstate? what was your final decision on the angle?

 

upstate is in Washington if I remember right, and I can't wait to see how it comes out.

yeah upstate in washington, my bad...Seattle area.

as for the angle, i'm gonna model it closer to the B6 boser made by DTM karbon, as i am not too fond of the sharpness of the one made for the B5. when i get the car up there today my body guy and i are going to discuss how we want it to look. will be fully custom

like I said before, if anyone can make a boser look good on a b5 to me it'll be you. I think you have one of my all time favorite A4's ever.

i will try to have him take pictures as he goes, so i can keep you guys updated of the progress.

on the downside, i put some blue lamin-x on my headlamps to see how it would look, and its too damn bright, so i will have to remove that...i'm sure you guys will see in the pictures. just wasnt my style or the look i was going for.

 

What are you doing with your c/f hood?
Been curious what a grey would look centered through black, but never wondered about blue. Should be interesting.
