there is a simplier way of taking out the stock headlights short of taking the bumper off?
I just got one piece halos and I had to wire them myself and before I wired both I wanted to make sure my wiring on the one was good so I was gonna mount it and see but as I took off the top headlight mounts the bottom would not come off.

To remove the headlight you first remove the turn signal blinker. You just push the plastic piece on the back down and pull it out the front. Then there are three screws you need to remove. One on the side of the hosing behind where the blinker was. Then there are two on the top. Once you remove those it just pulls out the front. I have the same car, 1998.5 and it is very easy to remove.
