Default There is a weird shimmy

So I live in florida and I'm waiting for my parents to bring my car to me. but apparently there is a shimmy when they reach highway speeds, so I'm left with out a car to get around the base till this problem is sovled.

The things we have tried
Balance and alignment
new tires
also he replaced the control arms

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
I dont have to search out the answer since I have 10minutes left on break.
In advance thank you

Oliver Bryan

In what order was this done?

If the balance was done before the new tires you may need to balance again, unfortunately.

Or if ur like me you may have bought cheap tires and they could be out of round...

If they are balanced and out of round fortunately it's a mfg defect-

front axle shafts can also cause this problem. first try putting front tires to the rear, during the switch check for any tie rod play and ball joint play

Well the solution was easy to find once someone in the family was asked enough finally admitted to hit pot holes and it turned out to be a bent rim.

Quattro and Fronttrak A4's have the same front suspension.
