Default These darn brakes

So I'm guessin that I need to replace a caliper. While driving, the car pulls hard to the passenger side. I had an alignment done, that did nothing. I just tried re-greasing the caliper sliders, and its still there. The pads are in good shape, and the rotors are only about a year old. Does this sound like the obvious solution?

You mean the rubber around the piston? Wouldn't that cause it to leak?
