I just got a 2005.5 Audi A4 3.2 FSI with 67k on it and so far these are the issues I have:

Air Bag Light is on
Rear passenger window does not work

can anyone tell me if this is the window regulator? I can hear the motor and the window drops about an inch but that's it. I can push the window up and down with my hand.

CEL came on with codes P2006, P2007, P2404.
-vacuum leak and evap leak

I found the broken hose and replaced it. CEL went off after driving for about another 20 miles.

Headlight washer leak.

So far that's all I can think of. If anyone can chime in on these issues, some of them I think are common, just want to know what I am getting myself into. I am a brand new Audi owner, 1st one, have heard they are expensive to fix.

Thanks.

Mike

I haven't read through this entire thread, but I'll say:

O2 Sensors.
Tie Rods.
Sunroof switch (there's an easy fix for this).
Camber (which requires adjusting the sub-frame).
Black plastic piece that protects the bottom of the windshield.
Vacuum Lines.
Rear window regulator cables.
Speed/Crankshaft positioning sensor.
LCD DIC.display.
Hood strut.
Fuel pump & Injector relays.
Central Locking unit.
CV joints (but that's with every car).

That's all I can think of.

As far as the steering rack goes: Mine's taking a ****. Can someone tell me if there's an indicator before it goes (besides the clicking), or does it just break and you lose all control of steering w/o any "safety mechanism" in place to save you?

Thanks
