Default Throttle Body Internals!??!?

Ok so I got my TB off.. finally. Yay. I got away with breaking only 1 part connected to it ^_^ It's not really dirty... not enough to cause a performance issue I don't believe anyways. I pulled the plastic cover piece off the side.. where the gears and electric **** is... but .. yeah.. I'm lost now. I was under the impression there is some part in the TB that can be replaced... is the throttle position sensor actually in the throttle body or somewhere else?

As I stated in another thread.. the TB made NO NOISE.. NO HUMM... nada.. when I disconnected the battery for 15min then turned the key to the ON position... what does this mean? Should I just go to the scrap yard and pull a TB off another car?

Assistance please.

Ok. I just decided to pour in a bunch of rubbing alcohol.. shake it around..dump it out.. and let it dry.. i have it all hooked back up.. it seems to work better.. (yesterday i tried driving up ramps and it took a couple min cuz i had no power.. this time around I didn't even have to gun it.. it just drove right up) but now I'm still stuck with an exhaust issue.. gonna try pulling off the cats and see whats goin on.

the only thing to worry about after that alcohol, i dont know how much grease was in there, but if there was much at all, make sure it isnt all gone after the wash
