Default thud under hood, rough idle, slight vibration in cold start

I live in a rural mountainous area and lately it has starting to get colder around (like 25 in the mornings, lows in the mid teens at night) and when I start the car it usually idles really low, feels like its going to stall so I give it some gas to wake it up a bit. Sometimes even after that and the idle has evened out I'll still get some slight vibrations, but not all the time. Usually after that everything is fine but today as I was pulling away from my house, when I let off the gas I heard a loud thud from under the hood. It did it one more time, but all other times after that It would not make any such noise.

Is this just stuff that is common when the fluids have not fully liquidized and the parts arent moving well yet, or is this something else. Any ideas?

Oh, I have a GIAC chip, Tip Chip, forve DV, and evoms CAI

I had a CEL for an o2 sensor heater circuit, sporadic fault, but its been around for a while, could this cause it?
