Default time for the motor build. got a couple questions.

going to start buying the parts to rebuild my motor, rods, oe pistons and rings, new hardware, titanium valve springs retainers, and valves. i've got a couple of questions though...what size is my wrist pin, its an 058 with an AEB head, also what size head bolts, or should i go the route of head studs? going to hone the cyclinders and polish the crank everything will be balanced if theres any advice anyone has let me know, i am having a professional do this as i dont have the time to do it.

20Mm wrist pins. Head bolts should be 10mm triple square. You'll need either a very long bit to reach the ones against the cct or weld one onto an extension. Or you can borrow the one I made. I can probably help more if you have more specific questions. Also what are you doing this all for?

Forgot to mention head studs are a waste of money if you're shooting for less than 400 hp.again we need more info to help

Oe pistons are forged. If not looking to increase displacement they work very well

sorry guys your right i should have included more info.

my power goals are 400-450 max not 450 daily although it will be a daily driver i plan to use an ebc to cut it down to like 300ish until i want to have even more fun, i plan on running a gtx3076 with the eurodyne suite 7 for tuning. will also run water and meth. 6 puck sprung disc clutch. mostly im more worried about the internals as of right now so any advice would be great.

Ie rods ftw. I've been building a motor for a couple months and am almost done except I'm 06a block with aeb head. I'd recommend searching for parts as I found mahle powerpaks for less than four hundred. If you're having it built there's not much more info you need than search for parts. If your power goals are that high you may need to stroke but 300hp is easy with stock displacement.

i believe you know what i mean. why do an engine build if your not making power. ~350 should be fine stock bottom end.
