Default timing belt

okay so im somewhere around 185k miles and a little sticker on my eninge tells me my belt was last changed at 130ish so i was thinking with the coming thanksgiving break i would try to get it out of the way before winter

-is it really reasonable for someone with minimal mechanical experience to try to complete this ive looked through the diy's and searched through some threads but on a scale of 1-10 what does it look like

-also while i have the car apart i was gonna try to replace all the little random bits like spark plugs, waterpump, fluids, etc. is there any ohter regualar maintinance i should do while i have the front end apart?

thanks for any answers

Valve cover gaskets, waterpump, t-stat, crank seal, get a kit from blauparts.com Also if you haven't replaced vaccum hoses it would be a good time do that as well as your serpentine belt along with the tensioner too as far as how hard it is not to sure. Im gonna be doing my timing belt sometime soon as well and haven't been able to find a diy. From what I have researched it does not seem all bad

Thats a time lapse of me doing a timing belt on an A4. Should give you an idea of what you have to go through.
