Question Timing belt soon, H20 pump too?

I've been saving up to get my timing belt replaced, and have been thinking. As long as its in the garage should I have the water pump done as well? I know it would be worth the labor cost I'd save by having them both done together, but is the water pump even going to be an issue if I don't have it replaced? I'm just tryin to make sure I don't waste time and money doing work that doesn't really need to be done. =/ Whatcha guys think?

Probably a good idea, especially if you are paying someone else to do the labor. You wouldnt want to pay for the same labor again later because you skipped on it now. I'm not sure if the 12v uses a plastic impellar inside the pump. If so, it's days are #'d. Do it.

H20 Pump, definitely while you are in there. Also, you might want to consider replacing the Snub Mount while you have the front end off. Relatively cheap part (~$50) with good improvements to be found in shifting, engine response, etc.

Lots of people have vibrating issues with the use of an aftermarket snub mount, mainly cars w/tip. It's something I stopped recomending years ago.
