yes accidents do happen... but to the best of drivers it isnt their fault... to the amatuer drivers who are fiddling with the radio while driving too fast for poor weather conditions... its their fault

 

and i say kid as a general statement... but guessing by he said his friend was in an astro van... and guessing by he said he figured his friend was messing around when he lost control, it jsut sounds like kids joy riding... am i wrong?
