Angry Help! Cranking but won't start.

2000 A4 1.8T Quattro (ATW Engine)

Engine died a few seconds after starting. I was dumb enough to try to make it home and broke down in an intersection. I could start for 1 or 2 seconds, now I can't start at all.

Can't start with a jump. (Not alternator problem?)
All fuses are good.
Fuel pump is running when cranking with no bad noises.
Fuel pump relay is good.
Timing belt is intact.
Fuel filter is relatively new.

Here are the VAG-COM codes:

Address 01: Engine Labels: 058-906-018-ATW.lbl
Part No: 4B0 906 018 P
Component: 1.8L R4/5VT G 0008
Coding: 07201

3 Faults Found:
16716 - Knock Sensor 2 (G66)
P0332 - 35-10 - Signal too Low - Intermittent
16795 - Secondary Air Injection System
P0411 - 35-10 - Incorrect Flow Detected - Intermittent
18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30
P1602 - 35-00 - Voltage too Low
Readiness: 0000 0000

Address 08: Auto HVAC Labels: 8D0-820-043-1D.lbl
Part No: 8D0 820 043 P
Component: A4 KLIMAAUTOMAT D57
Coding: 00140

2 Faults Found:
00787 - Temperature Sensor in Fresh Air intake duct (G89)
30-10 - Open or Short to Plus - Intermittent
01274 - Air Flow Flap Positioning Motor (V71)
41-00 - Blocked or No Voltage

I've gotten the knock sensor 2 code several times before when my coils have been misfiring, so I think that's an unrelated problem I should replace. There were no misfires before the engine died. I can smell fuel from the tailpipe after cranking.

Any pros have suggestions before I start swapping out all of the relays?

im still new with the audi's but if it has a cam or crank sensor i would check into one of them possibly being faulted, not sure if the 1.8t has one both or none of them but those to sensors are the heart of the ignition systems for any car that has them. just my .02 as i stated im still new with the audi's only owned mine for 3 days.

Looks like your knock maybe bad. Ddi you clear codes and try again? Also, crank it for a bit with the gas pedal all the way, this should help it start. Looks liek the coolant temp is bad, can cause rich starts ( hence the de flood). Easy 15 dollar fix.

With that many codes, you're prolly gonna want to clear them and see which ones come back. That should help narrow it down a little bit.

Doesn't the crank sensor trigger the fuel pump? A bad crank sensor sounds likely, but I definitely hear the pump running during ignition and I didn't get a code for that sensor (not to say I haven't had sensors go bad without a code before). I'll clear the codes and see what comes back.
