Exclamation Turbo issues!( oil )

ok, i thought my turbo was bad, but come to find out it wasn't and the only problem with it is that no oil is getting to it, and i don't want anymore to happen to it, so i want to know why oil wouldn't be getting pumped to my turbo,

1997 audi a4 quattro 1.8T

Thank you for your time,
Dylan

Exclamation oil issue

i went to replace my old turbo with a new one and i was expecting to have oil squirt out at me when i took off the oil feed line but it looked dried up... so i had my buddy that was helping me out with it turn the car over and it still wouldn't pump oil out of the line. and all of the oil around the oil feed ports looked like dried up oil.... and is their an easy way to get to the other end of the oil feed line that is located under the intake area?

if their is sludge in the line then wouldn't their be alot of sludge in my engine as well? and is running kerosene (1 qt) and oil (1 qt.) in my engine after draining all of the old oil out for about 2 minutes a good engine flush?

so i didn't wnat to put the new turbo on it and just have it run dry to so i just put everything back together, and want to replace it fast!

It is common for a b5 that has not changed oil regularly and with full synthetic oil to have sludge build up on the engine wall and not allow oil to flow. Look up sea foam. It looks worth it in extreme situations like yours.

this is the reason that you change the oil lines when changing the turbo. and also the reason to let the car idle for 60 seconds after you get to where your going. and also dont drive hard for the last mile of your trip.

and is running kerosene (1 qt) and oil (1 qt.) in my engine after draining all of the old oil out for about 2 minutes a good engine flush?
no use strait desiel instead of oil. works wonders (but serisously- dont). if you put kerosene in instead of oil remember to have a video camera rolling. i want to see that fireball.

Didn't change my oil lines when I changed my k03 out... Are there any symptoms or boost loss that will occur if not enough oil gets to the turbo or will it just spool until it ***** out? Just for my information... There was perfect flow and very clean oil that came out.
