Default Update got a few things done: PICS

Been a while since I posted, but I figured I'd share some pics,

Unfortunately suspension is still sitting in my office waiting for me to have a free moment to install it, and I'm waiting for my machinist to have a free moment to make me some 5mm spacers for the rear but other than that I'm happy and she is coming along nicely, or so i'd like to think.

Things that are new:
VMR V710 Wheels (powder coated wrinkle black, soon to be powder coated silver)
Got my lowers painted
valances resprayed
front bumper resprayed
rear bumper repaired and resprayed, had a very very minor fender bender
front plate removed and plugged (for when I get that fix a ticket)
chrome girlle painted

And now on with the pics:

Before

After

Lookin good man! You're in the same boat as me with the nice rims on the stock lift kit. Whenever anyone comments on my tremendous wheel gap I just nonchalantly say its to showcase the wheel better . Can't wait for spring so I can put the coilovers on. Can't wait to see it lowered I'm likin those rims

Yeah resize the pics to like 800x600 or some such. Also the last four links are busted for me, not sure if anyone else can see em? I like the style of the wheels but I dunno if I'm sold on the wrinkle powder coat.

VMR makes awesome wheels. i think he just needs smaller and not as pixellated pix and the wheels will show up nice.

Yeah, please resize your pictures.

The car is looking good so far. Though depending on how low you go, even with the 5 MM spacers, you might be rubbing the in rear with those tires (looking at the last picture).

Sorry guys, pics resized. I thought the forums resized them like on the zine.

All I have at the moment are Iphone pics but as soon as I get a better cam I'll post up some more.

As far as rubbing goes I'm pretty sure I"ll be ok once dropped I should still have some wheel gap and if the 5mm don't work out I can always push it to 10 and be good.

Yeah, the wrinkle coat is cool in person but from far away you don't really see the effect as well. That's why I'm gonna go as close to hyper silver as possible when I re-coat the wheels.
