Default Upgrades

So im debating whether or not to put the forge splitter on my a4 1.8T QM...does anyone have any experience with it that could give me some feed back on it?

Also, which exhaust is better to go with: Supersprint or APR. Or if anyone has better suggestions.

Are you chipped or planning to get a chip? If so, upgrading the DV would be a smart idea. I'm running the Forge 007 right now and have no problem with it. I also have heard many great things about the splitter. It makes that "psssh", not too loud though.

As for exhaust, it all depends on your own preference when it comes to sound. Search YouTube for video/sound samples or go to local meets and hit up some people with the exhausts you're looking for.

If you're feeling crazy, we're having a GTG th Saturday down in SoCal!

^Oh nice! Didn't notice you were in SoCal.

We're meeting in West Covina off the 10 freeway. Check into the West section for more info. Couple guys are also doing a run at GMR (Glendora Mountain Road) before the meet. If you're interested, you could meet up with them and then caravan together to the meeting place in West Covina (They might be getting the cars washed first though since we're also having a photo shoot).

I see you're in Oxnard. I don't think anyone is coming from that way but we have someone coming from Lancaster if you want to caravan.

Anyway, it's at 3PM for the meet but check into the local West for more info. Looking forward to seeing you/meeting you there.

To the OP, sorry for the thread jack!

Basically the same design as the GFB Stealth, I ran that on my car a few years ago and had no problems at all. I also ran the GFB hybrid with no problems.
