Vacuum?? Fuel Pump???

Update!!
Got the Vag-com to do the TBA and it worked. The car starts and idles fine. However, when I give it gas it still falls back to idle when it hits 1400rpms. It's almost as if the throttle shuts down when it hits that point. I'm thinking I need a new throttle body but want to make sure before I spend $350 on a new one.
Scanned for codes again and the "17967.P1559 Throttle Valve Control Part-J338 Fault in basic" isn't coming up anymore.
"17953.P1545 Throttly Valve Control System Malfunction" is still coming up.
Anyway to test this to make sure it's bad? I took it off today and starting to clean it.
