Default Valve Cover Gasket Problems

So I have been trying to get my VC off for a bit now and I have 3! YES 3 striped bolts that I can't get out!!!! I have soaked them in PB blaster, grinded it down so I can use a flat-head screwdriver but nothing is working. Any ideas??? Here they are:

Grind the sides flat so that you can get some vice grips on them so it looks like this.. (_) if thatmakes sense.. but has a flat spot on the top as well

let us know, and make sure you grind off just enough to make it flat

Get Chuck Norris and they will just fall out. +1 for the vice grips idea, if you get a good surface for them to grip they can do wonders.

If you have one of those hand impact drivers, the kind you hit with a hammer. Get a nice slot cut with your dremel and give it a shot with the impact.

Ok, well I got them off... it was a pain. This is becoming more of a job then I thought it would be. I have the cover off now, but when I took it off a small piece of plastic (about 1/2inch by 12/inch) popped off my fuel injector harness and landed in my valve train. It ended up landing right on top of one of the holes that drains the oil back into the pan so I had to go fishing, VERY CAREFULLY for it. I got it out luckly. NOW i need to get it all put back together.

Oh and Cincy, I was using the right size tools. They were stripped when I first started to take it all apart so I am guessing the previous owner messed it up.

i figured you were, i was joking a little. I have however stripped a bolt or 2 using a screwdriver that was a little small.
