Votgland coilovers upper front mount

Votgland coilovers upper front mount
Hi guys, long time reader first time poster
I finally purchased a B5 2001 1.8T QMT, I have a laundry list to restore the car to liking but first things first....
On driver side front suspension, I hear a thump every time I hit a bump, I have a votgland coilovers. The mechanic recommended me to change the upper strut mount.
My main question is---will the upper strut mount OEM from Audi fit? or do I need to special order it from votgland so it will fit?
PS - I am aware that it could be the upper, lower control arms, sway bar links, strut/shocks etc. but I am 98% it is not it.

hey i have the vogtland coilovers coming in the mail for my b5. recommend any additional parts to order or replace while im installing the coilovers?
also, how are ur vogtland coils? ride quality? harshness?
