This will be my first winter with an AWD car. I have had trucks, 'Burbs and Jeeps but not a "sports car" class AWD. Should be fun! (yeah, yeah I know. It still stops like any other vehicle.)

 

And see, I'm used to a vehicle that does way better in snow. But now with two rear wheel drive sports cars (one with over 300hp), I am looking at getting a 4x4 before the heavy winter season hits in January. Otherwise, I will be so screwed this winter. AWD is going to be nice! In CO, that's going to be a lifesaver.

 

i can tell you that it's hella fun and addicting. just make sure they don't have "no trespassing" signs before you enter the parking lot though

 

You're going to notice you will have much more traction than a 4X4. When i lived in PA my roommate had a jeep wrangler, and while it did well in the snow, i would crap my pants taking it around an icy corner. My audi? I won't even flinch.

 

i am stoked for the snow too, but mainly cuz of snowboarding we just got our first rain this week and the quattro is amazing! i am having way more fun than i should be in a car haha

 

snow should be here soon in colorado. temps are dropping nights are getting cold snows is right around the corner maybe this weekend last year we got our first snow on oct.31

 

First snow in mn should be this thursday.. cant wait to put my a4 through the white stuff they call snow..

 

You all need to SFTU! I haven't even ordered my clutch and dread thinking about the install! I need my AWD tho so lets keep it holding off til at least December can we please?

Well according to orbits I could buy you round trip tickets for a weekend and would only cost me $238! you can stay at my place lol! **** for that price I'd fly you and Mike out to me and just knock out everything in one weekend!
