Okay, so very bad news I just got a call back from the dealership and the rod that opens and closes the wastegate that is attached to the wastegate acuator is broken, and they told me I have to replace the turbo to fix it. Or does anyone know if I can just get that part.

 

Try to keep it on one thread. Your all over the place it makes it hard to help you. Did they show you where it is broken? Don't always go by what they tell you. They could be wrong and make you pay for something that you don't need such as an Actuator!

 

They did not show me, before I have that completely done, I am going to take it to an audi specialist that will be able to help out. I am told that in some situations they are able to repair the rod. If the rod can not be fixed and I do need to replace the turbo should I go with a K03 or a K04 and what is the price difference.

 

The wastegate can be replaced without replacing the turbo. You can find someone on here with a blown turbo and buy their wastegate or spend more on a forge wastegate.

 

Do you have a link or anything like that to a forged wastegate that I could buy

Lol Im sry I am just not familiar with the company, I am also suprised because almost anybody I have talked to has told me that you can not just replace the wastegate if it is intenal

LOL, then you need to talk to smarter people. If the flapper is fine, then the turbo is fine. But seriouly, find someone with a blown turbo and get theirs. The forge one is like $200 and a used one from a blown turbo will be like $20.
