Default Weird A/C Problems (Fan Flopping, Belt Squeaking)

So, I recently recharged my A/C and it was working fine for a while, but now when I first start up my car the A/C fan will bounce around like the bearing is going out in the fan. After I drive it for a few minutes it might stop flopping around, but while driving and under a load I can feel the ac kick in a work for a few minutes then it stops. When I drive a little more I can feel it kick back in and a belt chirp once before working for a few minutes again.
What could be causing the chirping? I know I need to replace the fan, but I don't think that is my entire problem.

Thanks

Sounds like the belt tensioner is loose or bad. Its the small pulley at the lowest point in the front.

Whats the condition of the belt? Also does your fan have any missing or cracked blades?

belt might need to be replaced and the fan blades okay. once the car is up to running temp it doesn't do the quick chirp sound and start working

The belt is cheap, might not hurt to replace it. Also check the tensioner while your at it.

Its at the very front. It's shown in the picture below. This is for an AEB 1.8T motor.
