99.5 under the intake and headlight, passenger side. The unit is just above the front bumper lip. It's a black housing, sounds like a fan or turbine inside of it. It keeps coming on, even hours after driving the car and shutting it off. I managed to unplug the 2 wire plug and it doesn't seem to be coming on anymore. What is the part, what is it for, do I need it to drive my car? Pictures included, sorry about the long post.
