i got off work last night while it was raining like all day long and the car was parked outside on the parking lot. i tryied to start the car and it looked like the battery wasnt connected or was shorting out cuz the started motor didnt engage and i was hearing some weird electrical noise. after like two tries it finally engaged and the car started. the battery was showing good voltage but my trip computer was reset and the windows werent going one touch down which means that the battery was disconnected for a while. could it be just a loose battery wire or some water on the connections?

 

Check the water levels in the battery. If they get low then weird electrical stuff can happen.
