I got the pic up for you there.

You mean that little piece of vacuum line that's connected to the intake manifold?

That's definitely a pic of the intake, not the exhaust manifold. If it runs down the front of the block, it's probably the diverter valve line. If it runs under the manifold towards the back of the block, it's just one of the many small vacuum lines. That particular one looks like it runs to the solenoid under the intake manifold, but just follow it to the end to find out. Make sure none of them are torn. You can use zip-ties to secure them if they are chaffing.

All very good points there Tweaked. I don't get how he says that it rattles when the ac is turned on though.
