haha whilst driving in the rain in a remote location the drivers (RHS) windscreen wiper decided to come adrift and rest upon the drivers door wing mirror. no major problem, just a worn plastic bush in the RHS wiper arm assembly that was fixed with a battery drill, some nutcracker, a couple of nuts and a bolt and washers not to come undone again for the life of the vehicle thankfully Rainx was applied to the windscreen substantially limiting the need to use the wipers anyway

and the 2.6 v6 is revving nicely with powerup in the oil and fuel - rev counter climbs nicely although after reading this forum havnt been game to hit the rev limiter yet.......mainly due to the torque power band that takes us over the speed limt certainly notice when its due for powerup more in the fuel and the older more sluggish motor - nice to keep up with those bmw's and holden 3.8 v6's out there when powerup is in the system

btw a curiosity
Who is PHIL in the attached poll on this thread? i dunno what to vote as ...well.....dunno anything about them and the poll dont really tell us without knowledge of any forum previous history that may provoke such a poll

hey phil post us a note in this thread

Changed my oil and oil filter, semi cleaned the engine bay, changed my headlights and topped up my washer fluid. Took it for a car wash.
