Changed out the transmission fluid on my 98' with a 2.8L and tiptronic. Messy job but I can't imagine the transmission won't function better with the nasty goo that came out being gone. Who ever said the fluid was lifetime must be rich and trade in their cars before they hit 100,000 miles.

Loving my new project. To date, new headlights, new hood, new light switch, transmission fluid changed. Next on the list is drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads. Probabley going to have to have the ABS module rebuild.

 

Glad you're having fun with your new projects. It can become addicting. Most might agree that the drill/ slotted rotors is a waste of money, but it's a personal preference, so do what you do.

 

Thinking about doing the diode mod......Didint omeone do it not to long ago? Where did you get the diode from? DIY?

Got my oil changed yesterday for $20, and got to see my friend spit on her ex as I was pulling the b5 out after the oil change. Win.

Slamming my car soon, air ride is going to happen but I can't deal with being high anymore. **** winter mode.

 

Put 2 10 inch JLAudio W3 subs in it. I am glad I finally have some JL subs in my B5.

 

gave her another wash. hopefully be buying some RS4 reps from a local guy soon, and i need to get new door moldings
