Default what does that mean?

so today at school i wanted to drive home, when i cranked the car it didn't start the first time like it always does. i had to crank it twice to get it to start.
is there something going bad? what would cause it to have to crank twice to start the car?

its is a 2.8 quattro it ran perfect after and before this happened, it was cranking hard not like the battery was dead. it says it is charging at 14 volts or w/e when i drive. it is around 65 degrees today so its not that cold. i didnt really hold the key in start position that long maybe 2-3sec and let it go since it didnt start and right after it it started fine

Sounds like you're fine. Usually if there's something wrong there will be more hints. Cars dont heal, lol, if something's broken, it'll still be broken. So since its doing fine, I'd say its... fine.
