Default What Is Going On?

So the thing with my gauge is

The car heats up to the center no problems as it should how ever if I were to be driving on a road for say 30 minutes non stop the temperature decreases, it eventually decreases to the point that its at the very bottom. Normal driving (stop go stop go) its fine, stays in the center or slightly below but as I've mentioned non stop driving and the temp decreases. bad sensor?

Definitely thermostat. It's stuck open. When you drive continuously, the radiator is cooled greater than when stopping and going, so your engine temperature will reduce more.
