thats what i was saying when i was trying to remove the filter! I've gotten my last 2 oil changes at jiffy lube because the weather has always been too crappy to diy. The filter that i pulled off 2 weeks ago was an AUDI FILTER!! which means jiffy lube never changed the damn filter... but they charged me for it, both times.

I really wish i would have noticed sooner, because now i'm having to pay for that line and they needed to replace the serpentine belt cuz it had so much coolant in it it wouldnt stop squeaking. I'm also scared because I was driving with a dirty filter for thousands of miles that I had no idea about because I actually trusted that i got what i paid for at jiffy lube. never again...

 

ouch dude, actualy jiffy lube intentinally charge you for not doing some of the work. if you don't believe me chekc on youtube for the vid of the investigation. now you don't even have enough evidence to sue jiffy lube. ya nvr take your car to a place like that unless it's for an inspection that you're not sure you'll pass lol. ; ) speaking from experience on the inspection part.
