It is sort of snotty to basicaly say "you own an Audi, $400 repairs at a time should be no big deal." But lets not get emotional here.....
Not sure how you diagnosed a bad ICM and MAF. Fwiw a bad maf can cause random limp mode AND misfires. You said it's going to cost you maybe another $75 to have codes cleared? This statemet alone makes me want to second guess everything that you have stated. Autozone clears codes for free.
Check ebay for a new maf, if after you replace it you still have misfires- ebay also has cheap ICM's that have proven reliability.
