probably a little wiring and thats probably it, PM thepaintballguy (Josh) and ask him, he just put in a nav in his S4 not to long ago and probably will be of more help then me.

touch screen flip out or touchscreen double din setup? flip out would be alot easier, you just put a new headunit in. if you want a double din setup your gona have to relocate the climate controls to where the ashtray is and make a custom fiberglass faceplate if you want it to look clean
